  • Previous experience in construction or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or certification in accounts, finance, or business administration is an advantage.

Role Description The Admin Accounts role is a part-time, on-site position based in Fareham. This role involves supporting day-to-day administration, including processing invoices, maintaining purchase and sales ledgers and assisting with payroll preparation. The Admin Accounts team member will update and manage financial records, prepare basic reports, and help respond to queries from suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The role also includes general office administration such as filing, data entry, ISO, O&M Manuals/H&S compliances and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures. Collaboration with project managers and senior staff to ensure smooth operations across building projects is an important part of the position.
