Job summary

Lodge Security AdHoc is hiring for a full-time Retail Security Officer role in the UK. You will protect staff, stock and customers across a range of retail clients, delivering professionalism and customer service while deterring theft and following procedures.

You may use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention and must be a visible security presence when on shift. Work involves upwards of 40 hours per week with client-based pay rates from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• SIA license required.
• UK right to work with 5-year history preferred.
• Customer service skills essential.
• Smart appearance required.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock and customers.
• Prevent theft and deter shoplifting.
• Partner with store management teams to uphold security.
• Deliver professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention where applicable.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Act as a visible security presence across shift patterns.
