Job summary

Lodge Security is seeking a flexible Security Officer for the AdHoc team covering Leicester and Coventry areas. The role involves protecting staff, stock and customers, and delivering high levels of customer service across a range of retail clients.

You will require a valid SIA license and UK right to work with a 5-year history. Weekend work and travel across sites are common, with pay rates from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour depending on client.

Qualifications

• SIA License valid
• UK right to work with 5-year history
• Retail security experience preferred
• Customer service skills required
• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock and customers
• Prevent theft and deter incidents
• Partner with store management teams
• Deliver professionalism and customer service
• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention when applicable
• Ensure safety of employees and customers
