Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Kettering is seeking an Adhesive Sprayer to join our automotive manufacturing team, handling surface preparation, spraying and coating processes. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and reliable, precise work practices within a busy production environment.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-quality finishes and to work collaboratively with a motivated team while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Adhesive Sprayer – essential.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Experience carrying out rework where required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Reliable and hardworking approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating spraying equipment.
• Preparing surfaces and bodywork, including sanding where required.
• Applying adhesive and coatings accurately and consistently.
• Selecting, matching and mixing colours where required.
• Applying primer coats, main coats and finishing coats.
• Carrying out detailed quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identifying defects and carrying out rework where necessary.
• Cleaning, maintaining and safely storing spraying equipment.
• Following production specifications and written work instructions.
• Working to high standards of quality, accuracy and efficiency.

The Role

As an Adhesive Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, setting up and operating spraying equipment, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
