We are on a mission to provide exceptional care, and we have opportunities to join our supportive and collaborative team. We believe you can do your best work with us and make a meaningful impact on the patients we support. We combine People, Data, and Technology to empower individuals in their mental health or neurodevelopmental journey.

About Us

  • Access regular clinical supervision, management supervision, NMP supervision, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
  • Ensure the client’s interests are fully considered within their treatment plan, promoting ethical, shared decision-making with all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records on the clinical platform. Write professional reports within expected timeframes. Complete risk assessments and review safeguarding needs during ongoing care.
  • Recommend additional assessments or interventions as needed, and include these in your reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on developing ADHD pathways.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff to develop skills in this area of expertise.
  • Maintain registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).
What We Are Looking For
  • Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions.
  • Registered nurse or allied health professional with experience in assessing and diagnosing ADHD independently.
  • Knowledge of ADHD treatments and relevant screening tools (e.g., DIVA, ADHD-RS, Conners).
  • Excellent communication skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently to manage caseloads.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, research, and developments related to ADHD.
  • Experience working with both children, young people, and adults with ADHD is preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Employer-matched pension
  • 30 days annual leave plus public holidays, with options to buy/sell additional leave and sabbatical options
  • Private health insurance
  • Family-friendly policies
  • Flexible working, including options for free co-working
  • In-person team meetups
  • Wellbeing activities
  • Training and development opportunities
  • One volunteering day per year
