Siemens Energy is seeking a Print Process Technician to support the additive manufacturing operations at Worcester. You will prepare laser powder bed fusion machines for production and assist AM technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output.

You will work within a dedicated team driving innovation in energy technology, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to new product development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and record data while maintaining systems.
• Methodical and self-motivated, thrives in a challenging environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork or independent work.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies is beneficial.

• Follow defined SOPs and procedures to ensure quality standards.

• Prepare laser powder bed fusion machines for production according to the weekly schedule.

• Implement 5S and preventative maintenance of metallurgical powder filtration and blending equipment.
