The Additional Learning Support Administrator has an important role, providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Additional Learning Support team. Duties may change from time to time to meet changing circumstances but will include all the duties deemed appropriate to supporting the Additional Learning Support function. These will include general office and reception duties including answering the telephone, electronic filing and scheduling appointments and meetings. An important part of the role includes minute-taking in EHCP annual reviews. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate high levels of accuracy in their work and a keen customer focus when entering sensitive data onto the College systems and working with colleagues across the College.
