TeacherActive is working with a primary school in Swansea that values inclusion and aims to create a safe, engaging learning environment where all pupils are supported to reach their full potential. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable working with pupils with ALN, providing 1-on-1 support, demonstrating empathy, and adapting quickly to changing needs.

This is a temporary, long-term role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The daily pay rate ranges from £83 to £90.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate staff
• Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
• Strong listening skills to understand individual pupil needs
• Resilience and ability to differentiate instruction
• Previous experience working with ALN pupils (essential)
