Recruit Therapists Limited is seeking an experienced Addictions Therapist / Therapeutic Counsellor in Burton upon Trent. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy within a structured residential recovery service, with heavy emphasis on counselling, group work and care planning.

The role requires substantial addiction experience, 5–6 years in the field, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience working with addiction, drug and/or alcohol dependency and substance misuse.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of recovery, relapse and the complexities of addiction.
• A compassionate, respectful and non-judgemental approach.
• Strong safeguarding awareness.
• The ability to work independently with supervision.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Residential rehabilitation or abstinence-based recovery experience.

Aufgaben

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Providing individual one-to-one counselling.
