Job summary

Flourish at Priory Healthcare invites therapists to join a founding team focused on delivering structured therapy for people with substance misuse and addictive behaviours. You will contribute to developing the therapeutic programme, support first clients, and help shape a supportive community within Priory.

You will facilitate individual and group therapies, craft personalised treatment plans, and ensure care planning and risk assessments are up to date while maintaining compliant clinical

Qualifications

Registered therapist with a recognised body (BACP/UKCP/HCPC).
Experience delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions for substance misuse.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions for people experiencing substance misuse and addictive behaviours.
Facilitate individual therapy, group sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
Develop person-centred treatment plans and contribute to case reviews, risk assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate clinical records and therapeutic relationships that meet professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
