Job summary

Mercor is partnering with a venture-backed AI lab to build frontier AI platforms for chemistry, materials science, and drug discovery. We’re seeking hands-on ADC and/or bispecific experts to guide what we build in pharma development.

This ongoing, part-time engagement (roughly 10 hours/week) invites senior preclinical R&D professionals to apply wet-lab, translational experience, and AI-driven data strategies to shape next-generation datasets and model-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on, non-administrative preclinical R&D experience at a company developing its own drug assets

Responsibilities

• Review technical materials and real-world R&D data across ADC and/or bispecific programs
• Label, classify, and annotate scientific data to improve model performance
• Provide expert perspective on target/modality selection, optimization, and risk
• Help define structure and quality standards for dataset pipelines
• Participate in expert discussions, interviews, and research engagements
