Job summary

Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptions to customers, which is essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence.

The role is responsible for the installation of minor adaptations and assistive equipment, the safety inspections and servicing of lifting equipment provided to customers, in line with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), both in professional and private dwellings.

Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptions to customers, which is essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence.

The role is responsible for carrying out the installation of minor adaptations and assistive equipment, the safety inspections and servicing of lifting equipment provided to customers, in line with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), both in professional and private dwellings.

This includes ensuring that the customer, stock, inspection and servicing records on the warehouse management system are up-to-date and accurate at all times. Pro-actively monitor inspection and servicing due dates to ensure jobs are completed on time. Identify any areas of operational non-compliance, implement continuous improvements and sharing best practice.
