Amazon Ads is seeking an Ad Sales Executive to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team. Amazon is committed to delivering best in class products, devices and services in the video ads space, and this role will help connect brands with our newest ad solutions to delight customers and deliver results.

This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make a real impact. This role will focus on driving video business and helping our customers meet their brand building objectives. The successful candidate will develop new business for Amazon and help shift the mindset towards performance-driven partnerships, unlocking Amazon's potential through awareness-focused ad productions on platforms like Amazon MX Player, Fire TV, and Twitch.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross-functional environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey compelling value propositions are essential. The candidate should possess a sense of ownership, drive, and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Generate video advertising revenue by establishing credible relationships with advertiser decision-makers and agencies, and delivering compelling pitches.
  2. Be a proactive hunter, uncovering opportunities and connecting them with value-added solutions.
  3. Build a pipeline and influence purchasing decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
  4. Map account strategies, align resources, and identify which video products best meet advertiser needs.
  5. Conduct sales calls with existing and prospective clients, providing excellent customer service.
  6. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to clients.
Basic Qualifications:
  • MBA with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or video ad sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
