Job summary

Biogen is hiring a Plant Operator for its Anaerobic Digestion plant in the UK. The role involves handling intake, sorting and loading of food waste, with a focus on safe operation and site cleanliness. You will work as part of a small team, following health and safety rules and site procedures.

Training will be provided, and a driving licence is advantageous. The shift pattern is 7 days out of 14, with overtime available for additional hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Follow health and safety and environmental regulations.
• Biogen will provide training for required tasks.
• Driving licence preferred; telehandler certificate advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist intake, sorting and loading of food waste arriving on site.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance activities.
