Job summary

Immediate Live Co is seeking an Ad Delivery Operations Lead in the UK to own trafficking standards, QA, and workflow across the Ad Operations team. You will work hands-on with campaign delivery and collaborate with the AI development team to test and govern tools that speed up setup and optimization.

From booking to post-campaign reporting, you will ensure campaigns are launched on time, tracked accurately, and high-value setups vetted.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ad Operations on the publisher side.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager and delivery optimisation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end campaign setup and reporting.
• Experience testing AI tooling and tool governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Ad Operations standards, QA, and workflow for delivery team.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns: booking, setup, optimisation, reporting.
• Be the senior operational contact for setup, delivery and technical issues.
• QA and sign off complex or high-value campaign setups.
• Troubleshoot GAM campaigns, verify tags and pixels.
• Coordinate with AI team to test and govern automation tools.
• Proactively improve processes and tooling.
