The Ad Operations team is core to ensuring efficient, secure, and sustainable distribution of consumer advertising. In this role, you will design, optimize, and support operational solutions that are both locally relevant and globally impactful.

We’re looking for a savvy Ad Operations Manager to develop and scale campaign execution. As part of the Ads Channels Operations organization, you will partner with Account Management, Marketplace, and Ads Product teams to ensure effective post-sales processes and workflows for managing last-mile delivery in the EMEA markets.

Curiosity, ad tech knowledge, and a meticulous approach to scaling and operational efficiencies are key to success. Our ideal candidate is an expert in the ad ecosystem with a passion for innovative creative formats and experience in linear advertising and Dynamic Ad Insertion.

In this role, you will
  1. Monitor and ensure campaign execution excellence, SOX compliance, and SLA adherence across all channels (Live, Programmatic, Direct).
  2. Handle Tier 2 campaign escalations requiring product and engineering support.
  3. Capture business requirements and recommend enhancements for efficient workflows and faster delivery.
  4. Ensure post-sale revenue maximization for partner-led transactions.
  5. Iterate and test new tooling features and ad formats with the Ads and Consumer Product teams to ensure successful Alpha launches.
  6. Manage outsourced vendors to scale operations, ensuring BCP and vendor diversity.
  7. Determine tooling versus staffing needs for efficient Ad Operations execution and maximize engineering output.
  8. Manage training and educational programs for Ad Ops.
  9. Oversee third-party tools needs and implementation (JIRA, Zendesk, Airtable).
  10. Develop metrics and measure performance against business requirements, aligning improvement projects to bridge operational shortfalls and identify future opportunities. Collect data to identify root causes.
  11. Identify, optimize, and execute workflows supporting quality output and cost-saving initiatives for Ad Operations.
The ideal candidate has
  • Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience with project management methodologies and certifications.
  • Experience working with Advertising Systems and Technology (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers, Task Management, Reporting).
  • Experience in linear-based advertising and dynamic ad insertion.
  • Strong skills in building cross-functional relationships, developing insights, managing projects, and articulating success.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective solutions for ad operations management through tooling, UAT, and vendor partnerships.
  • Ability to simplify complexity, manage large data sets, and prioritize effectively.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and accountability for deliverables.
  • Experience in tooling and workflow implementation, including issue resolution and end-to-end analysis.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting multiple regions and time zones.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, German) are a plus.
