We have an immediate opening for an Ad Ops Executive, based in the MMGY EMEA headquarters in London.
What You’ll Do:
As an Ad Ops Executive, you’ll be at the core of campaign execution, setting up and launching programmatic advertising across top-tier platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Samsung Ads, and more. You’ll work closely with account teams and media traders to bring campaigns to life, from uploading creative assets to building tracking pixels and troubleshooting delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and trafficking campaigns in leading DSPs and ad servers
- Uploading and managing creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels
- Collaborating with account teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time
- Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising delivery
- Learning the ropes of programmatic advertising through hands-on experience and training
- Supporting a variety of high-profile global clients in the travel and tourism sector
What We’re Looking For:
This is an entry-level position, no previous trafficking experience required. What matters most is your curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in digital marketing and data.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A strong grasp of basic digital marketing concepts
- Great Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational habits
- A love for data and problem-solving
- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to multitask, manage timelines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
