A fast-growing global ad tech company is looking for Junior and Mid level Ad Operations Executives to join its team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing high-impact ad campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Connected TV, working with well-known brands to drive measurable results. The right candidate will have a mix of campaign strategy, data analysis, and account management skills to optimize performance and enhance client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ad campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
  • Leverage proprietary data and insights to ensure effective targeting and brand safety
  • Optimize performance and pixel-based campaigns to hit client KPIs
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to improve ad effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Work with global teams across the UK, US, and Australia to coordinate strategies
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed

Experience required

Knowledge of Google Ads experience

Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, or DV360 is a plus

Google Ads certification in Search, Shopping, or Video is a bonus

Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance campaigns

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
