Qualifications

• Experience in homelessness, supported housing, hostels, mental health, substance misuse or other social care settings.
• Confident working with vulnerable adults and people with complex needs.
• Reliable and able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to residents within the accommodation service.
• Support residents to maintain tenancy or accommodation.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive life choices.
• Build professional and supportive relationships with residents.
• Respond appropriately to challenging situations and incidents.
• Complete welfare checks and maintain accurate records; support residents to access services and community resources.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational procedures.
• Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
