Job Description:

A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.

The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope depends on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating terms for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary actions, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.

This role is fully remote within the UK and can be on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
