Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking an Active Directory Engineer/Specialist for a 6-month onsite contract in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will lead domain migration activities, design high/low level plans, and drive delivery alongside the project team.

The role requires hands-on AD DS, Entra, DNS/DHCP, and GPO management, with a focus on migrating users, groups, servers, and GPOs while decommissioning legacy domains.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Active Directory Engineer/Specialist.
Hands-on experience with domain migrations and legacy domain decommissioning.
Able to work fully onsite in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Responsibilities

Produce and own HLD and LLD for migration projects.
Input into delivery planning and schedule activities.
Perform domain migrations and decommission legacy domains.
Manage AD DS, Entra, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services during migration.
