Job summary

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an MSDEC Ward Manager to lead the ward's day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will support staff to work within professional and organisational standards and drive clinical governance within the unit.

You will demonstrate strong clinical leadership, manage resources and promote innovative practices while liaising with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care in the best interests of patients.
