Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a broad rotation across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, managing your own caseload with support from the therapy MDT and undertake supervision of junior staff.

The role offers development opportunities through rotation and formal preceptorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat own designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner
• Provide day-to-day informal supervision of unqualified staff
• Assess discharge risks to ensure safe, timely discharge to the most appropriate setting
• Offer advice and training to patients/caregivers on use of equipment
