NCIC is seeking a Band 5 registered nurse to join the 27-bed medical unit at West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven. This 26-hour-per-week role includes night shifts, weekends and bank holidays, delivering high-quality nursing care within a supportive medical team.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with active registration as per UK NMC.
• CPD and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Follows NMC Code of Professional Conduct and budgetary awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of the ward team under the Ward Manager.
• Coordinate nursing services in the ward/dept in the absence of senior staff.
• Ensure high standards of nursing care and clinical practice.
