• Promote patient-centred care, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and staff wellbeing.
• Lead discharge planning and patient flow initiatives to reduce length of stay.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies, standards, and governance.
