The Child Health Department seeks an enthusiastic Medical Secretary to support departmental services.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a team player, with experience in medical terminology, sound secretarial and administrative skills. Computer literacy and typing experience are essential. The role requires self-motivation, organization, flexibility, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of confidentiality and deadlines. Responsibilities include typing, audio typing, database work, administrative duties, and providing cover for colleagues when needed.
