Job summary

Royal London Mutual Insurance Society is hiring an Actuarial Trainee in Alderley Park, offering a hybrid schedule with 50% home/office work. You will rotate every 18–24 months across valuation, pricing and risk analytics while progressing through the IFoA qualification with funded study support.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in actuarial analysis and reporting, mentored by experienced professionals and a structured programme to build core technical and professional skills for a life-insurance

Qualifications

• Qualified graduate with strong numerical skills and analytical ability.
• Willingness to progress through actuarial exams (IFoA).
• Some experience with coding, data, visualization, or AI is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial analysis, reporting and project work across rotations.
