Job summary

Pacific Life Re in Bermuda is seeking an Actuarial Analyst, Pricing - Savings & Retirement to join the S&R Deal Pricing team. You will support pricing across global markets, develop methodologies, and maintain pricing models while collaborating with investment and client-focused teams.

The role offers exposure to actuarial techniques, investment concepts, and governance processes, with opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical background with ability to handle complex datasets.
• Progress toward professional qualification (SOA/IFoA/CFA) or willingness to pursue.
• Experience in actuarial, investment, insurance or reinsurance roles is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good Excel skills and interest in modelling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing of savings & retirement transactions across products and markets.
• Develop, test and implement pricing methodologies and model improvements.
• Maintain pricing models, tools and databases for efficient pricing.
• Analyze investment and market data from Bloomberg and internal teams.
• Understand how assumptions affect pricing outcomes and capital implications.
• Collaborate with Deal Pricing, Insurance Pricing, asset management and Client Solutions.
