Job summary

Clarence George in London is seeking an ambitious actuarial analyst to join a small, dynamic team within a Bermuda-based life reinsurer. You will contribute to valuation, automation and process improvement across life and annuity portfolios while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

We expect 1–3 years’ experience with mid‑stage actuarial exams and modelling skills in R or Python. Full study support is provided; role may require occasional travel to Bermuda and 1–2 days in central London.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience and mid-stage actuarial exams.
• Proficiency in actuarial modelling using R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain valuation processes for EBS and USGAAP balance sheets via actuarial modelling and automation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and leverage AI where appropriate.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and business development within the team.
