Spence is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join our Actuarial & Investment team in Belfast. You will support a diverse client base including trustees and sponsoring employers, providing actuarial advice and technical support within the pensions sector.
You will engage with mentors, follow a structured development plan, and gain exposure across our business while building actuarial credibility in a growing consultancy.

As an Actuarial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Actuarial and Investment Team, providing an important contribution to a wide range of work within the pensions sector. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your ability to provide actuarial advice and technical support to a diverse range of clients, including the trustees and sponsoring employers of pension schemes, the Pension Protection Fund and also Charity/Not for Profit organisations. You will be working in a challenging and supportive environment as part of a growing, innovative pensions consulting firm.

You will liaise with colleagues throughout our office locations and work on clients from a diverse range of industries and sectors. You will get direct exposure to working with the directors of our business and the opportunity to really make your mark in a growing organisation.
As part of our Actuarial and Investment team, you will:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.
The role holder may be at times required to travel to other UK locations.
All roles are subject to a six-month probationary period and all prospective employees are required to complete background screening to cover all locations.
