Activity Leader – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Location: Options between Aylesbury and Grendon Underwood

Working hours: 7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Flexible working patterns available

Salary: Up to £13 per hour

Originally sports-centered, it has evolved into an Ofsted-accredited care provider offering wraparound care, PE lessons, holiday clubs, the HAF programme, SEN support, and a football development centre. They are now seeking an Activity Leader to join their team.

As an Activity Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Supervising children and following safety procedures.
  • Managing behavior effectively with clear expectations.
  • Adapting activities to meet diverse needs and abilities.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
  • Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress.
  • Maintaining records of attendance and incidents.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns.
  • Assisting with activity planning, setup, and cleanup, managing resources properly.
