Activity Leader– Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Location -Whitchurch, Aylesbury HP22 4JG

Hours - 3pm-6pm, Monday - Friday

Salary - Up to £15 per hour

Originally sports-centered, it has evolved into an Ofsted-accredited, trusted care provider offering services such as wraparound care, PE lessons, holiday clubs, the HAF programme, SEN support, and a football development centre.

They are now looking for an Activity Leader to join their team.

As an Activity Leader, you will ideally have experience in:

• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Supervising children and following safety procedures.
• Managing behavior effectively with clear expectations.
• Adapting activities to meet diverse needs and abilities.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Communicating regularly with parents about progress.
• Maintaining attendance and incident records.
• Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns.
• Assisting with activity planning, setup, cleanup, and resource management.
