At Leicestershire Partnership Trust, we have an exciting brand-new job opportunity within our Mental Health Services for adults as an Inpatient Activity Coordinator based at The Willows Hospital.
The Willows has three wards: Cedar and Sycamore wards are step-down acute wards (10 beds each), and Maple ward is a Level 2 High Dependency Unit for locked rehab (8 beds).
As an Inpatient Activity Coordinator, you will be based on the ward delivering and facilitating 1:1 and group activities that meet a range of needs for our inpatients, including physical, mental, and social wellbeing. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including Medical, Nursing, Therapy, and Psychology staff, as well as Wellbeing and Engagement Officers.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, creative, and passionate about delivering excellent care to our patients.

This role covers a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
