Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an Activity Assistant to support running activities and events for people we support in Pembrokeshire. You will promote wellbeing, social interaction and enjoyment, working with the Activity Coordinator to deliver safe, inclusive and person-centred activities.

You will join a team dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilled lives in the community.

Responsabilités

• Help prepare and deliver a varied programme of recreational, social, educational and therapeutic activities.
• Encourage participation from people with different abilities and support needs.
• Support people with personal care and other needs where required.
• Assist during activities, outings and community events according to preferences and abilities.
• Listen to people we support to ensure activities meet their needs.
• Observe and report changes in wellbeing, behaviour or support needs.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone involved.
• Live and promote Cartrefi's values in activity delivery.
