Bradbury Grange care home in Whitstable is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver a varied programme of activities that support residents’ social, physical, and emotional needs. You will collaborate with staff, families, volunteers and local groups to keep residents engaged and fulfilled.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, £13.60 per hour, and requires flexibility and commitment to safety and safeguarding policies. Travel to other MHA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering activity programs is desirable.
• Ability to support residents with IT tools and online resources.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and deliver a programme of activities for residents.
• Promote wellbeing through inclusive activities.
• Support residents in accessing IT options to stay connected.
• Coordinate with staff, relatives, volunteers, and community groups.
• Keep records of activities and outcomes for care plans.
• Review and adapt activities to changing needs.
• Support induction of new staff and maintain safety of resources.
