What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll lead our home’s activity programme not just filling the calendar but shaping the spirit of our home.
• Design & Deliver: Plan, promote and deliver a varied programme of individual and group activities, tailored to our residents' needs, interests and abilities.
• Build Relationships: Get to know our residents their stories, passions, and preferences so you can create experiences that truly matter to them.
• Work in Partnership: Collaborate with our Home Manager and care teams to ensure activities are integrated into care plans and aligned with residents’ wellbeing goals.
• Keep Things Organised: Maintain clear records of participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve what we offer.

At Floryn House, you’ll be supported by a passionate leadership team, led by our Home Manager, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience and a deep commitment to creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for residents and staff alike.
