About the role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and organized Activities Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include creating ideas, organizing social and recreational events both within and outside the care home, and consulting with residents to identify their interests. You will generate enthusiasm and support the delivery of these activities.

You will also plan and implement a variety of activities aimed at supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar setting, preferably working with groups of people with diverse needs and preferences. As part of a wider team, you will be dedicated to enhancing the lives of elderly residents and ensuring their lives are fulfilling.
