Job summary

MHC is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator in Wales, UK to join our friendly team. The role involves delivering a programme of activities to support daily living skills and wellbeing, with a focus on reducing risk and promoting independence.

You will run one-to-one and group sessions, monitor residents’ progress, and prepare reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals. You will also manage resources, materials, and the activity budget to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising of meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Monitor resident’s progress, assessing residents’ function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.
• Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.
• Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.

Job description

We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our existing friendly team immediately!

• 40 hours per week

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will:
