Job summary

Mental Health Care Uk Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to join our friendly team immediately. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a salary range of £28,985.19 to £30,140.49, depending on experience.

You will deliver group and one-to-one activities focused on daily living skills, monitor progress, and prepare reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' progress, assessing residents' function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.
• Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.
• Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.

ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our existing friendly team immediately!

• 40 hours per week
• £28,985.19 - £30,140.49 (Dependent on Experience)

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will:

• Play a key role in delivering the provision of activities, focussing on functional daily living skills whilst reducing risk issues.
• Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising of meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' progress, assessing residents' function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.
• Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.
• Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.
