Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks an Activities Coordinator for Woolston House in Warrington. You will plan and run engaging activities, tailor plans to individuals’ goals, and support residents to explore hobbies and community involvement. A caring, creative mindset and strong communication are essential.

We offer a 40-hour contract with weekend work, a competitive rate of £12.71 per hour, and access to benefits including DBS check, supervision, and support from a friendly team.

Activities Coordinator at Woolston House, Warrington.

Care home: Woolston House

Location: Woolston, Warrington

Contract type: Full Time - 40 hours - weekends included

Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

Our Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • organising individual activity plans based on people’s unique goals and interests
  • fostering community spirit through group activities
  • supporting people to maintain their current, and take up new, hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
  • assisting people to become more involved in their local community
  • celebrating national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements
  • promoting choice, dignity and independence
