Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Fairburn Mews, Castleford. The role focuses on planning engaging individual activity plans and leading group activities to build community and participation among residents.

You will support residents to explore hobbies and opportunities, celebrating special days and achievements while promoting dignity and independence within a values-driven team.

About the Role

Our Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support. No two days will ever be the same, but your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
