If you thrive on making a tangible difference and bringing smiles to faces, we invite you to help us create a truly fulfilling environment for our residents.

About the role

What you'll bring:

  • We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults. You'll bring proven experience in developing and delivering a diverse range of engaging activities for various individual needs.

  • Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be key, alongside a proactive, creative, and friendly approach. You're a confident team player who can also work effectively on your own initiative, demonstrating flexibility in your routines.
