Job summary

Nightingale care home is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan fun activities and bring joy to residents. You’ll use energy, creativity and enthusiasm to create meaningful moments every day.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, on‑demand pay, Blue Light discounts and a refer‑a‑friend bonus up to £1,000. The role pays £12.72 per hour for 24 hours per week, with some weekend work and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
  • Ability to commit to 24 hours per week including alternate weekends.
  • Availability to work 6-hour shifts from 10am to 4pm, with some flexibility.
  • Warm, creative, people-focused personality.
  • Care sector experience desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead activities, games, crafts and social events for residents.
  • Organise celebrations, outings and entertainment.
