We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ellern Mede. You will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of young people through engaging, meaningful activities that reflect their interests and support their recovery.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will help plan, design, and deliver a varied programme of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and a sense of fun. The role also involves assisting with general administration to support the smooth operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Ellern Mede is an internationally renowned specialist service supporting young people with eating disorders. Our multidisciplinary team offers tailored inpatient treatments, ranging from short-term recovery-focused interventions to intensive support for complex cases. We currently operate across three active sites as part of the EMG group.
Benefits include: free lunch onsite, enhanced DBS cost covered, comprehensive induction and ongoing training, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and sick pay (after one year of service).
