You will develop a structured daily and weekly activity programme and create an environment where the people we support can socialise and participate in joint or individual experiences. Working closely with both the people we support and their families, you will design imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to diverse interests and abilities. You will also collaborate with the wider team to ensure the goals and ambitions of those we support are prioritized, embodying our motto, ‘Sharing Moments. Shaping Lives’.

You will support individuals both in their homes and in their local communities. We offer various working patterns, including full-time, part-time, and flexible options.
