Are you a creative, enthusiastic individual with a passion for enriching the lives of others? Priesty Fields Care Home is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to design and deliver a vibrant programme of activities that inspire joy, connection, and purpose for our residents.

Your Role – Making Every Day Meaningful

As our Activities Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a diverse and engaging calendar of events. From arts and crafts, music sessions, and fitness classes to film screenings, quizzes, pamper days, and community outings, you’ll create experiences that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a varied programme of daily activities tailored to residents’ preferences and needs
  • Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and social interaction
  • Collaborate with care staff and families to ensure activities are meaningful and person-centred
  • Support occasional events and outings outside of regular working hours

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.

  • Flexible & Supportive: Willing to assist with events beyond standard hours when needed
  • Experience in Care (Desirable): Previous work with older adults or in a care setting is advantageous
