Cardiff | £12.21/hr | 24h/week (10am-4pm, 4 days) Residential Care Home - Dementia & Mental Health

We're looking for a creative and caring Activities Coordinator to join a friendly care team. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities that promote well-being for residents with dementia and mental health needs.
