Job summary

Shawcross Care Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator/Wellbeing Lead to join our dedicated team in Ashton in Makerfield. We have two part-time positions available: 10am–4pm, 3 days per week with rolling weekends, and 10am–4pm, 4 days per week with rolling weekends.

The role focuses on delivering meaningful activities and promoting a positive, person-centred environment for residents. You will be passionate about spreading positive energy, building relationships, and providing authentic,

• Experience in an adult care setting.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate activities and wellbeing initiatives to enhance resident quality of life.
• Plan and deliver engaging social and recreational programmes.
• Build relationships with residents and families through person-centred care.
• Support ICT tasks as needed using Microsoft Office.

Shawcross Care Home is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and positive person to join our family as an Activities Coordinator/Wellbeing Lead. We have two positions available:

• 10am - 4pm, 3 days per week with alternative weekends over a 7-day rolling rota.
• 10am - 4pm, 4 days per week with alternative weekends over a 7-day rolling rota.
