Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Group is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator at Adswood Lodge in Stockport to plan and lead meaningful activities for residents. You’ll empower individuals to live fulfilled lives with a person-centred approach and a proactive, can-do mindset.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, delivering creative activities, celebrating achievements, and promoting independence and community involvement within a high-quality care home setting.
