Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring an Activities Coordinator for Walton Grove in Oldham. The role focuses on planning engaging activities, supporting residents to pursue interests, and promoting independence within a person-centred care setting.

You will organise both individual plans and group activities, helping residents stay connected to their communities and celebrate achievements. A full, clean driving license is required.
